
Debra Dee Bradford is Chief Operations Officer for the American Council on Women Peace and Security. She promotes leadership and personal accountability in business management with an emphasis on people strategies. She leads, develops, and manages our business operations including administrative process engineering, Human Resources, strategic outlook and planning, branding, IT, organization development, and customer service.
Debra is a seasoned business professional and a recognized leader in Human Resources, Leadership, and Organization Development. Debra brings to this position a wide range of business accomplishments, including many years as a business consultant. She most recently worked in the healthcare sector as a CHRO, and she has taught as an Adjunct Professor at Villanova University’s College of Professional Studies since 2016. Additionally, Debra has authored a workplace advice column and been a member of the founding partners for several entrepreneurial businesses including ODL Business Partners, Inc.
Over the past 30 years, Debra has served as a member of several non-profit Board of Directors and as a senior leader in several mid-sized companies. She has had the distinction of working directly with businesses including non-profit and for-profit organizations, K-12, higher education, manufacturing, technology, food service, engineering, healthcare, franchises, real estate, retail, and the brokerage services market.
