On October 6, 2017, President Trump signed the Women Peace and Security Act, the first legislation of its kind in the world. To commemorate the third anniversary of the Act and to launch the American Council on Women, Peace, and Security, panelists will examine America’s unique contributions to the WPS agenda in an era of strategic competition.
